The Support Buildings

Residences
On this live/work campus, volunteers will have a peaceful place to call home. Thoughtfully arranged buildings will bring in natural light, reduce noise, and reflect a design that truly cares about people and the planet.
Event Facility
At the heart of the campus, this multi-use building is designed to be converted as needed from a dining hall to an auditorium with room for up to 1,200 people—reducing the need for extra buildings and supporting the environment through design.
Offices
Built for comfort and focus, these offices offer natural light, outdoor work areas, and open stairs—helping people move more, stress less, and work better.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the site be noisy once it’s operating?
No. The site is designed to stay calm and quiet. Enclosed studios will keep activity steady and contained.
Will the site increase traffic on Sterling Mine Road once it’s operating?
We know traffic is a concern. This is a live/work campus—meaning volunteers will live on-site and walk to work, which will result in less daily traffic and a quieter neighborhood for everyone.
Is this project environmentally friendly?
Yes. By reducing daily car trips and building only what’s needed, the project will help protect the local environment. It’s a design that puts people and the planet first.
